All houses are different, and some may have more problems than others. We follow the same method for every home inspection whether small or large. This helps us avoid missing any deficiencies or issues in need of repair or replacement. It usually takes anywhere between 2 – 4 hours to complete an inspection depending on the size, condition, and age of the house. The report is given generally, the same day or within 24 hours of the inspection.

Our clients are welcome to attend the inspection at any time. Our inspections are very methodical, so it is important that our inspectors are not distracted during the inspection. At the same time, it is important that our clients are kept fully informed and involved in the process and given the opportunity to ask any questions they may have. At the end of the inspection, our inspectors will gladly spend the necessary time to go over the findings with the client and answer any questions the client may have about the inspection process. A written, detailed inspection report will be sent to the client within 24 hours of the inspection and in most cases within a few hours of the actual onsite inspection. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have after you have received the report.

Our home inspection process is very detailed, so our inspectors perform no more than two inspections per day. We believe it is very easy to miss significant issues if the home inspection process is rushed or the inspector does not have adequate time to perform a thorough inspection. Many companies will do three or more inspections per inspector per day. Quite simply, we consider this a disservice to their clients.
